Are all the profiles real?
Most profiles are submitted by our trusted local partners who verify identities through in-person meetings and passport checks. We actively monitor for suspicious behavior, such as mass messaging or requests for money. If any concerns arise about a profile, we may contact the individual directly for further verification. While we strive to ensure authenticity, given the large number of profiles, we cannot personally verify each one. However, you can report any concerns to us, and we will investigate.
Each profile is assigned a Trust Level, indicating the degree of verification it has undergone. A 100% Trust Level means the profile has been fully authenticated. We also provide guidelines for spotting potential scammers and offer background checks for additional peace of mind.
What are your service costs?
We don’t charge a flat monthly fee. Membership is free, including access to all profiles and search features. You can send messages or expressions of interest at no cost. Translation services are available for a small fee, which applies only when messages are exchanged. All translations are handled by our trusted interpreters to ensure accuracy, as third-party tools and software are not permitted.
How can I contact someone I’m interested in?
After registering and completing your profile, including uploading photos, you can send messages or express interest for free. If the person responds, you can choose to continue the exchange, paying only for translation services as needed.
Can I use payment methods other than credit cards?
Yes. Members can purchase credits using credit cards or other payment methods listed in the payment section of your account.
For New Members
Why am I receiving so many messages?
Members can send introductory messages to introduce themselves. If you prefer not to receive such messages, you can update your profile settings to Invisible mode, allowing only those you contact to message you.
Why can’t I send a message?
This may happen if your profile is inactive or if you haven’t opened previous messages from the member you’re trying to contact. If messages have been deleted, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
How do I purchase credits?
Credits can be purchased online using various payment methods. Simply log into your profile, navigate to the Buy Credits section, and follow the prompts.
When Can I Contact Someone Privately?
To request a member’s direct contact details, you must first exchange at least 15 messages with that person*. Once this requirement is met, go to their profile and select "Request Contact Details" from the menu.
Please note that sharing personal contact information through our messaging system is not allowed, even after the message exchange threshold is reached. If you would like to share direct contact details, you must contact our support team for assistance.
To ensure security and fairness, we do not permit communication between members outside the platform until contact details have been officially exchanged. This includes social media, Skype, or other external platforms. Violating this policy is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and could expose members to potential risks, such as fraud. If you are contacted outside our platform by someone claiming to be a member, please proceed with caution. Once contact information is officially exchanged, you are free to communicate independently.
Can I Speak with Someone on the Phone Through an Interpreter?
Yes, this service is available at a rate of 1.8 credits per minute. To arrange a call, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Provide the name of the member you’d like to speak with and the preferred time for the call. Our team will coordinate the details, and an interpreter will facilitate the conversation.
Can I Schedule a Video Chat?
Yes, you can request a video call with interpretation services for 2.5 credits per minute. The minimum duration for video calls is 10 minutes, and your account will be automatically charged for the first 10 minutes upon starting the call.
To schedule a video chat, please contact us in advance to allow time to coordinate with the member and confirm availability. Make sure your account has sufficient credits before initiating the call. Please note that exchanging personal contact details during the video chat is prohibited.
Do You Offer Discounts?
If you have exchanged at least 15 messages with a member, you may request a discount on translation costs for future messages. If the translation fee exceeds 5 credits per message, we can reduce it to a maximum of 5 credits upon request.
What Is a Friend List?
A Friend List is a mutual feature, requiring an invitation and acceptance from both parties. Once accepted, you and the other members will appear on each other’s Friend Lists.
Friend List members can access private photos that are password-protected from other users. To invite someone to your Friend List, navigate to their profile and select "Add to Friend List." If accepted, both of you will have access to each other's private Friend List content.
You can manage your Friend List in the Communicator section, where you can add or remove members at any time.
Friend Lists are visible to all members and visitors to the site. The size or content of someone’s Friend List is a personal choice and may have different meanings for different individuals. For example:

The Trust Level is a credibility rating assigned to female profiles by the platform’s staff. The profiles are evaluated on various criteria, including:

Why Haven’t I Received an Email Response?
Support Staff Emails: Responses are typically sent within 24 hours. If you haven’t received a reply:
Messages from a Lady: Responses may take 1 to 3 days or longer.
Which Messages Count Toward the 15-Message Requirement?
Only messages that you have paid to be translated are included.
Introductory Letters: These are translated free of charge and do not count.
Translation fees cover both your messages to her and her responses to you.
